HOTEL
The trip is organised for each member to be booked into a double room for single
usage (in high season) from 09.08.2008 to 16.08.2008, the room rate
includes breakfast. The Hotel is 1.3 miles from the Conference Centre walking
along the lakeside.
TRANSFER:
Transport from Milan Airport to Lugano is by special coach
PAYMENT DETAILS:
Second payment of £300 to reach us by 1st April 2008 (we will send a reminder) -
if currency rates fluctuate significantly we may require a supplement on the

DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:
The Air flights with Alitalia are fully paid in advance and not refundable, your
seat may not be resold should you decide not to join the trip. We will
book the seat in your name which must match the name on your passport, if in
doubt please email me. The Hotel is to be part paid in advance and again is not
refundable, (if you decided not to join the trip we could try to resell the
accommodation)
